A total of 625 registered Florida voters were interviewed live by telephone statewide. Those interviewed were randomly selected from a phone-matched Florida voter registration list that included both land-line and cell phone numbers. Quotas were assigned to reflect voter registration by county. The margin for error, according to standards customarily used by statisticians, is no more than ± 4 percentage points. This means that there is a 95 percent probability that the "true" figure would fall within that range if all voters were surveyed. The margin for error is higher for any subgroup, such as a gender or age grouping. 4 Mason-Dixon® Polling & Strategy –July 2020 Florida Poll DEMOGRAPHICS PARTY REGISTRATION: Democrat Republican Independent or Other 268 (43%) 255 (41%) 102 (16%) 18-34 35-49 50-64 65+ Refused 101 (16%) 163 (26%) 176 (28%) 182 (29%) 3 (1%) White/Caucasian Black/African American Hispanic or Cuban Other Refused 415 (66%) 85 (14%) 106 (17%) 12 (2%) 7 (1%) Male Female 305 (49%) 320 (51%) North Florida Central Florida Tampa Bay Southwest Florida Southeast Florida 135 (22%) 120 (19%) 115 (18%) 75 (12%) 180 (29%) AGE: RACE/ETHNICITY: SEX: REGION: 5 Mason-Dixon® Polling & Strategy –July 2020 Florida Poll FLORIDA POLL REGIONS NORTH FLORIDA: Voters interviewed in Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Liberty, Walton, Washington, Holmes, Jackson, Gadsden, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, Wakulla, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, St, Johns, Flagler, Union, Alachua, Dixie, Gilchrist and Levy counties.
