Pursuant to RCW 29A.56.270, Petitioners Elliott Harvey, et al, respectfully seek crossreview by the Washington Supreme Court of the following decisions as outlined herein:

July 10, 2020, Order on Petition to Determine Sufficiency of Recall Charges and
Adequacy of Ballot Synopsis. Petitioners specifically seek review of the portions
of the order that find Charge C insufficient and Charge E duplicative.

July 29, 2020, Order on Motion for Reconsideration. In addition to the above,
Petitioners specifically seek review of the failure to review her prior decision as
regards Charge C, and to expand Charge B with language from Charge E.

Petitioners believe that these two orders have already been attached to Mayor Durkan’s
Notice of Appeal, filed earlier today.
