investigation, knowing that a criminal trial or proceeding or an investigation by a duly constituted

prosecuting authority, law enforcement agency or grandjury Ofthis state was pending or was about to be
instituted, in violation of Florida Statute 9  and 91 813(2);

aforesaid did knowingly give false information to a law enforcement officer, tO-wit: Deputy Sheriff

Christopher Ruby, concerning the alleged commission ofa crime, tO-wit: stalking, in violation of
Florida Statute 837.05;
