Aloha Trojan Families,

Today at 11:05am I was informed that an employee tested positive for That
person was alerted to get tested on Wednesday evening. The employee did not attend
work yesterday or today while awaiting test results. We are fortunate that this employee
had taken mask wearing and social distancing very seriously.

We are in contact with the Department of Education leadership and the Department of
Health. As instructed by the DOEIDOH, we have closed certain classrooms and other
facilities that will be professionally sanitized.

We will take as much time as is necessary to clean and prepare our campus.

All individuals that have potentially come into contact with the employee have been
no??ed.

Please know that our school team is working for you. We are addressing this situation
and awaiting further instructions. More information will be forthcoming. I will keep you
apprised.

In order to avoid any potential Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and/or Health

Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) violations, all noti?cations about this case to
