INDICTMENT

The Jurors of the State of Maryland for the body of the City of Baltimore, do on their
oath present that the aforesaid DEFENDANT, late of said City, heretofore on or about
December 2, 2019, at 1600 Block of West Lexington Street Baltimore MD 21223, did assault
David Dixon in the ?rst degree, in violation of Criminal Law Article, Section 3-202 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland; against the peace, government and dignity of the State.

The Jurors of the State of Maryland for the body of the City of Baltimore, do on their
oath present that the aforesaid DEFENDANT, late of said City, heretofore on or about
December 2, 2019, at 1600 Block of West Lexington Street Baltimore MD 21223, did assault
David Dixon in the second degree, in violation of Criminal Law Article, Section 3-203 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland; against the peace, government and dignity of the State.

The Jurors of the State of Maryland for the body of the City of Baltimore, do on their
oath present that the aforesaid DEFENDANT, late of said City, heretofore on or about
December 2, 2019, at 1600 Block of West Lexington Street Baltimore MD 21223, did
recklessly engage in conduct, to wit: restricting the breathing of a citizen, that created a
substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to David Dixon, in violation of Criminal Law
Article, Section 3-204 of the Annotated Code of Maryland; against the peace, government and
dignity of the State.

The Jurors of the State of Maryland for the body of the City of Baltimore, do on their
oath present that the aforesaid DEFENDANT, late of said City, heretofore on or about
December 2, 2019, at 1600 Block of West Lexington Street Baltimore MD 21223, did while
acting in his capacity as a duly sworn police of?cer for the Baltimore City Police Department did
corruptly commit misconduct in of?ce in the performance of his of?cial duties, in Violation of
the Common Law; against the peace, government and dignity of the State.
