I approached this group and was yelling at them to 'GO' and at that time
the male yelled 'Fuck You' and the females were also yelling but I do not
recall what they were saying. I then told them that they were under
arrest.

Also
during this time there were numerous chemical agents being deployed by law
enforcement personnel.
