Galvin has been ordered to respond to the petition by 5:00 p.m. today. The superior court has scheduled a hearing on Galvin’s motion for a preliminary injunction tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. We issue the following procedural order in view of the State’s request for an expedited decision. IT IS ORDERED: 1. We will not decide whether to grant review until the superior court has issued a decision on the motion for preliminary injunction; 2. We will be prepared for oral argument beginning at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow if either party requests review of the superior court’s decision; 3. In addition to the petition and response, we will have access to the entire record of superior court proceedings; and, 4.
