Good morning, please see the below bullets, attributable to the B.C. government if need be, that provide a little bit of context in addition to the answer (no) to your question.  Since early in the pandemic, the provincial government has required all Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) arriving in B.C. to self-isolate prior to travelling to farms, and has provided food, medical support and accommodations for their 14-day-isolation period.  Subsequent to the initial 14-day self-isolation period in B.C. government-funded accommodations upon their arrival in Canada, there are not, nor have there been, B.C. government laws or policies restricting the movement of Temporary Foreign Workers on and off the farm they are employed or housed at.  WorksafeBC and BC’s Agriculture ministry also require farm operators to create COVID-19 safety plans that include provisions for safe housing and working conditions for TFWs. Farms are subject to compliance inspections, and workers can report concerns about their treatment or accommodations by calling 1-888-621-SAFE.  As referenced in BC Centre for Disease control guidance documents (http://www.bccdc.ca/Health-InfoSite/Documents/COVID_public_guidance/All-sector-work-camps-guidance.pdf), we ask all British Columbians and people visiting our province, including TFWs, to work together to stop COVID-19 spreading in our communities. That includes important precautions when running errands, like reducing the number of people we bring when going for groceries – and making our shopping trips less frequent, maintaining a safe distance and wearing masks when appropriate.
