This facility was chosen because of ongoing complaints and investigations concerning unlicensed CDL drivers and uninspected school buses. Of a ?eet of ninety four (94) school buses, Five (5) were initially inspected. Four (4) of the vehicles were placed out of service, and one (1) received a30 day rejection sticker. Three (3) wer re-inspected and approved during the task force inspection. Despite continued efforts by MVC and State Police personnel, the operator failed to present multiple vehicles for inspection. We continued repeatedly to ask the operator to present more buses and operator told us that they were on their way, but the vehicles ver showed. One (1) school bus was transporting children with expired inspection sticker, ?ctitious license pl tes, and no insurance card. Some vehicles that entered the facility had just recently passed inspection, but we being operated by unlicensed CDL drivers. Additional summonses were issued to the company for not pres nting the school buses for inspection. Driver certi?cation roster that was presented to us during the insp ction listed an exhorbitant amount less drivers than vehicles owned by the company. Department of ucation, Of?ce of Finance was noti?ed and asked to take any action they saw necessary as to alerting the istricts. Twenty (20) summonses were issued by MVC and are as follows: The following were issued to the company - four (4) for "Allowing disquali?ed driver to operate a Commercial Vehicle", six (6) for "Failure to make available any record or document" (ma ntenance records), one (1) for "Failure to comply with standards for driver employment records", one (1) for "Failure to present or make available a school bus for inspection", one (1) for "Fictitious plates", one (1) for 'unregistered vehicle", and one (1) for "Failure to exhibit documents" (registration). The following were issued to drivers-four (4) for "Driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL and one (1) for "Failure to exhibit document" (registration and insurance card). J. .
