ORDER ISSUING RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
On September 23, 2020, came the Plaintiff, Robert Tyler Alexander ("Alexander"), by
counsel, J. David Fenwick, Esq., and Goodwin & Goodwin, LLP, and filed PlaintiffAlexander's

Complaint Seeking Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction and Permanent
Injunction Against State Violation of Constitutional Rights.
Having reviewed the Plaintiffs Complaint, the Court hereby issues a Rules to Show
Cause against the Defendants to appear FORTHWITH and show cause, if any they can, why
the relief prayed for should not be granted.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall appear before the Honorable Joanna I.
Tabit on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., on the second floor of the Old Courthouse in
the Ceremonial Courtroom, Courtroom Four, and show cause why the Temporary Restraining
Order, Preliminary Injunction and Permanent Injunction should not be granted.
All responsive pleadings shall be filed on or before Friday, October 2, 2020, at 12:00
