David Fenwick, Esq., and Goodwin & Goodwin, LLP, and filed PlaintiffAlexander's Complaint Seeking Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction and Permanent Injunction Against State Violation of Constitutional Rights. Having reviewed the Plaintiffs Complaint, the Court hereby issues a Rules to Show Cause against the Defendants to appear FORTHWITH and show cause, if any they can, why the relief prayed for should not be granted. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall appear before the Honorable Joanna I.
