Narrative:
On Monday, February 17, 2020 at approximately 2040 hours I was dispatched to an ADW call located at 21.8 Harvey room-

When I arrived at the building activated my camera. Nunez 1858 and I went to the fourth floor where people were all directing us
towards yelling. The door was open to the apartment and as I moved around was met by RP, who came out with a small amount
of blood on her hand. She was very hard of hearing which required yelling to get her to answer any questions. asked who else was
inside and she said it was only her even though I could see a subject going to sit down on a chair. I recognized the male from previous
calls at this location. VI mas sitting in the chair bleeding. He was extremely intoxicated and had some cuts to his left arm.

From the conversation with?and-the wounds were self inflicted. .1 had come into the apartment and grabbed a kitchen
knife. He started tojab himself in the arm whennried to pull the knife away from him. We escorte to a chair to ensure he
did not have any weapons. FIRE and EMSA came up to the apartment and he was moved to a gurney. old me he was trying to
kill himself and wanted to die. He was stabbing himself on purpose and it was because the 49ers lost. He later admitted it was ajoke
and he would prefer to talk to the hospital staff about it.

I completed an officers affidavit and CIU advised he was clear of warrants. I followed EMSA to the hospital and dropped off the
paperwork with the staff. Once the attending nurses had the affidavit and my badge number was allowed to leave.
