Body worn camera activated

On 4/19/20 at 1720 hours, I responded to a priority attempt sumide at 19 NE 26th St Notes on the call said the calling party, later
identified as wanted to kill himself by hanging With rope Upon arrival, (SU)
talking With officers He was in a very emotional state, Sitting on the floor of his liVing room and crying I learned he was diagnosed With
severe depre55ion and had not taken his medications Since December He said he had been domg okay so far in 2020, but With the
meal distancmg from cowd 19, it pushed him over the edge (SU) was placed in handcuffs and transported to the Center, but his
blood pressure was to high I transported him to SSM Health (1000 Lee) and he was accepted by Dr A peace officers affidaVit

was completed and turned into the hospital
