Narrative:

On 4?19-2020, at about 2230 hours, other officers and I responded to the located at 1.5 Lincoln In
reference to a subject who was feeling sunudai, but had Upon arrival, I began to speak With the and was told
that he had gone to OU medical center, due to experiencmg of; RP said they gave him a test, but he was not given
the results yet, and was then discharged RP said that he wanted to get off of the streets, and would kill himself if he did not get some
help from us While speaking With RP, he became irate and began to bang his head into the brick wall of the location was able to get
RP to calm down, and explained to him we could get him to a hospital by EMSA if he wanted to go to the hospital RP said he would
go by EMSA, and said he would kiII himself if he had to stay on the streets EMSA came to the scene, and I completed a peace officers
affidaVIt and RP was placed in emergency detention RP was transported by EMSA to St. Anthony hospital EMSA staff was adVised of
RP's p055ible Cowd-19 diagnose before they made contact With him
