Narrative:

BWC ACTIVATED

On 4/20/2020 at apprOXImately 1124 hours Scott #1862 and I were dispatched to a disturbance at 1 Reno Ave When we first
arrived, we came in contact With who was laying down under a semi truck With his head propped up against the

wheel lP?had erratic behaVIor and would not stop talking 1P stated that he worked for LAPD, had the authority to kill cops, took
down the pentagon and to have us ask PreSIdent Trump because he would tell us We asked IP to leave the area and he refused to do
so was warned several times and continued to be re5istant. IP appeared to not be in his right state of mind and we believed it was in
his best interest to place him into protective custody

Scott and I collected all lP's belongings and transported him to St. Anthony's hospital I filled out a officer affidaVIt form and gave
both the form and all of lP's property to the hospital staff IP was admitted by hospital staff
