recommendations it contains. Therefore, pursuant to Section 9.2 of the Faculty Handbook, your
employment at Duquesne University is terminated for serious misconduct.

Pursuant to Section 9.2 and Section 10 of the Faculty Handbook, you have the right to appeal this decision
by ?ling a grievance within 30 days from the receipt of this letter with the University Grievance Committee
for Faculty.
