The following statement is on behalf of Cheer Athletics and Angela Rogers.

Cheer Athletics and Angela Rogers categorically deny the allegations made against them, The
amended petition contains inaccuracies and is misleading, Mr, Harris was never affiliated with
Cheer Athletics in any capacity other than that of a competing athlete. Ms, Rogers never
attempted to help Mr. Harris hide what he is accused of doing or to destroy evidence. In fact, it
was Ms. Rogers who made numerous reports to various law enforcement agencies after being
repeatedly turned away, In addition. Ms. Rogers made a similar report of the information that
she received to USASF. the sport's governing body, These reports were made within days of
her first receipt of information about possible inappropriate behavior by Mr. Harris. Cheer
Athletics and Ms. Rogers stand ready today, just as they have been since the initial reports
were filed, to fully cooperate with any law enforcement investigation and to defend the
allegations made against them in Plaintiffs' Amended Petition,
