Lisa my Boss makes me give her Money, buy her Cigarettes, Pizza/Fast Food and give Lisa bags of Groceries for her Family. I am only making a minimum wage of $7.25 and hour working part time at NKS. And this is something that has created a burden on me, I feel obligated to Lisa to do this things for Lisa giving me this job, and that otherwise my job security is and will always be in jeopardy, but I can’t afford to do this. I need my Job and I need my paycheck, but I am fearful and at Lisa Simpson's mercy. Lisa knows I struggle and how much money I make. She knows what I went through with the Veterans Administration (VA) being denied services, that its been hard on me since my health struggles with several Breast Cancer surgeries while being Homeless. I am writing to you for help because I don’t want to be Homeless again, to lose the roof over my head and my VA HUD VASH housing. Lisa Simpson is preying on and heedlessly profiting off of the misfortune of her workers, creating more hardship for her employee's, and a hostile work environment. Example: On one occasion while I was working the night Shift, Lisa asked me to go buy her two packs of Marlboro Cigarettes and had the "NKS Driver" Paul Jordon take me to buy cigs for Lisa in his privately owned vehicle. Paul and I went to the Mini Mart to buy Lisa Simpson two packs of Cigarettes, which I did, Lisa did not give me any money to buy her cigarettes and has never reimburse me. Mr. Paul Jordon was already punched out and off the clock at the time, I did not punch out as per Lisa’s instructions and afterwards returned to my desk to make phone call to customers. I am fearful an have experienced Lisa’s retaliation, Lisa has also told me and other NKS employee's that you, the Big Boss, Mr. Larry Pearson, does not like her or the NKS Call Center Employee’s. Lisa has continued to created an atmosphere of fear at our NKS Call Center for employee ’s to fell safe to speak up about our problems, issues and concerns to Lisa or you. Example: July 12, 2018 - I was told to clock out and go home by my supervisor Lisa Simpson at a staff meeting for me asking to have my broken Telephone fixed, I have to use a broken phone with has Static, disconnects, to call our Customers and for months the phone had needed to be fixed, repaired or replaced. Lisa Simpson immediately became upset at me yelling and throwing pens and pencils across the table asking me to leave the room, then instead, Lisa said “NO”, to me and ordered me to clock out and go home because I was asking for the telephone to be repaired so I can effectively do my job calling of our customers. I lost wages and I was punished just for asking a question about when was the Telephone I need to do my job was going to be repaired. Lisa also informed me in a "One on One" unannounced meeting with me on Tuesday July 17, 2018, ( Lisa also had my fellow employee Tara Williams who Lisa is a supervisor of, to sit in on my One on One Meeting), and as Lisa stated that this was "to protect herself from me” Tara was a neutral party for Lisa. Lisa also stated to me in this meeting that her Boss, Mr. Pearson, agreed with Lisa's handing of this situation over the broken phone and sending me home without wages was the right thing to do. As of today the Phone that I use has not been replaced, fixed or repaired and I continue to be relocated to different offices to be able to use a working phone to call customers. Lisa has also on many occasions made racial comments to us in the NKS Call Center that are offensive. I have witnessed how Lisa has created a fear and is
