COMES NOW the Plaintiff, State of Washington, by and through Branden Platter,
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in and for Skagit County, Washington, and gives notice of its intent
to request a sentence above the standard sentencing range on Count I, Count II, and Count of
the Information, pursuant to RCW 9.94A.537, if the defendant is convicted.

The aggravating circumstances for which the State Shall request a sentence above the
standard sentencing range are:

1. The defendant?s conduct during the commission of the current offense
manifested deliberate cruelty to the victim. RCW 
2. The defendant demonstrated or displayed an egregious lack of remorse. RCW
