Specifically, I request a full review of the process by which homeowners' required payments are calculated, the accuracy of the data used in those calculations, and safeguards (or lack thereof) to prevent and identify errors. It has come to my attention that at least one property owner in CFD 14, Michael Tagulao, has been overbilled due to an error in your records regarding the square footage of his house. I have been contacted by a second constituent from another PUSD CFD, Yosina Lissebeck, who has reason to believe her bill is incorrect as well. As elected representatives, we have a responsibility to taxpayers and the bond market to administer CFDs with absolute accuracy. I have also requested an audit of City of San Diego CFDS.
