On September 6, 2012, Suspect Larry Durm Jr., BM 06/ 1 4/1 976, committed the offense of Murder, Texas Penal Code l'9.02, when he stabbed Complainant-Cicely Lee Bolden, Ol/0811984, multiple times with a knife. Complainant Bolden died as a result of her stab wounds. This offense occurred at 5934 Highland Village Dr. iapartment 214, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. September 6; 2012, at about 3:38 pm, the body of Complainant Bolden. was found deceased inside of her partment located at 5934 Highland Village Dr., apartment 214, Dallas, TX. Complainant Bolden had multiple stab wounds to her neck area and was undressed from the waist down. Family and friends told detectives that omplainant Bolden started dating a man by the name of Larry and they thought there may have been a heated discussion between the two due to her having HIV. Detectives located Suspect Dunn and he agreed to come to the alias Police Headquarters to be interviewed about his relationship with Complainant Bolden. Detective Tabor dvised Suspect Durm of his Miranda warning and he stated that he understood his rights and was willing to talk bout the case. This interview was recorded for audio and video. uspect Dunn stated that he went to the offense location to have sex with Complainant Bolden. After sex, mplainant Bolden started talking to him about her having HIV and telling him that it is not that bad. Suspect Dunn said that he was upset with Complainant Bolden because she should have told him that she had HIV before cy had sex. Suspect Dunn said that he got up out of the bed and walked to the kitchen and got a knife. Suspect Dunn walked back into the bedroom where Complainant Bolden was laying on the bed and he started stabbing er. Suspect Dunn said that he thinks he stabbed her twice in the neck. Sttgiect Durm said that Complainant Bolden put up a brief struggle and at some point fell to the floor. Suspect Dunn stated that he left the offense location and got rid of the knife and burned his cloths. Suspect Dunn said that he threw the knife in a trash dumpster at the Waffle House in Irving. Suspect Dunn said "she killed me so 1 killed her." Detectives recovered a ifc from the Waffle House dumpster matching the knife that Suspect Dunn described. Suspect Dunn's statement is consistent with the crime scene.
